Anything Brands Online (Pinksheets: ANYT) announced today that its Anything Green Online division www.AnythingGreenOnline.com has completed the merger agreement with Custom Cravo Farms www.cravo.com. Anything Green Online, Inc. has been established as a C Corp. registered in the state of Nevada.
The Anything Brands Online Board of Directors has submitted documents to their SEC attorneys to spin-off the new entity as a separate OTC BB Corporation, operating as AnythingGreenOnline/Custom Cravo Farms.
Marc Schechtman, president of Custom Cravo Farms, stated, “We have assembled an outstanding executive team with high-level experience leading public companies in the natural food industry. I look forward to announcing our executive management team in mid-January.”
Tim Norton, Anything Brands Online senior vice president, stated, “Even though the process took longer than anticipated, the outstanding results warranted the additional time and effort. We look forward to launching the new company in 2010 with a very experienced executive leadership team.”
The new entity’s Board of Directors is completing discussions to determine the ANYT shareholder dividend and date for the new spin-off company. Shareholders of ANYT will as of the published dividend date become shareholders in Anything Green Online, Inc.
